Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to manage and coordinate all functions of the office of the Operations Director, Metro North Mental Health-The Prince Charles Hospital (MNMH-TPCH).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide high-level administrative services for, and on behalf of, the Operations Director ensuring these services are provided in the most effective and efficient manner. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships while managing expectations. Ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy, make informed decisions and achieve results including the ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues, plan, prioritise, delegate, and meet frequently challenging and complex issues. Screen and direct enquiries appropriately providing initial responses where possible. Coordinate a range of complex and confidential internal and external responses, reports, documents, and general enquiries on behalf of the Office of the Operations Director, within competing timeframes.
