The Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) is the peak body representing and supporting independent schools in Western Australia.
It has 162 member schools that enrol over 89,000 students, accounting for over 16% of Western Australian school enrolments.
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to the Director, School Programs and Services, as well as the School Operations, Wellbeing, and Inclusive Education Teams.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, School Programs and Services.
The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to executives or senior management.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.High level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, and initiative.A proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail.Current 'C' Class drivers licence and access to a vehicle for work use as required.To apply please submit a cover letter along with your Curriculum Vitae, to the Manager, People and Culture at ****** before COB Monday 4 November 2024.
