Portarlington Golf Club are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team!
About the Role: Assisting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and overseeing food preparations in the à la carte and function kitchen.Supervise, train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-energy working environment.Oversee and uphold food quality and hygiene standards in our kitchen operations.Manage inventory, order supplies and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.Facilitate and promote a collaborative interdepartmental work environment throughout the club.Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a background in both à la carte/bistro and function operations, a structured approach to menu development and a desire to achieve above the expected.
