You will assist with implementing strategies and programs for training apprentices, new team members and trainees, whilst demonstrating and maintaining the highest level of culinary standards.
Key responsibilities include: Must have a creative flair and menu development skillsManage the daily catering operation including preparation/oversight of team members rosters in line with operational requirementsCoordinating training programs for apprentices, trainees and new team membersDemonstrate effective leadership through motivating team members, promoting morale and ensuring professionalismAbout you… To be successful in this role, you will have passion and enthusiasm for the industry and be prepared to push the boundaries with flare and innovation in your menu design.
You will have excellent organisational skills, a reliable and honest attitude, and the ability to work calmly and effectively.
You will also have excellent communication skills and an approachable manner, with a strong customer service focus.
You will also have:
