About the Role The position is the only administrative support in this unit and is expected to operate autonomously and effectively in providing administrative support to the teaching team. The role works closely with the ekindy Director and Head of Departments to ensure the operations of the unit are effective and efficient. Some of the specific duties of this position are:
Arrange flight and accommodation for teachers when travelling to ekindy PODSManage the e kindy budget of approximately $2.4 millionManage the HR practices of the team including leave recordings and wage claimsLead the enrolment process including the despatching of all materialsMarketing of the ekindy team including the production of flyers and postersManage the ekindy websiteManage the day to day operations of the unit including answering general correspondence, phone calls and assisting teaching staff when requiredEffective communication skills are required.
