Our exceeding Nido Early School Willetton service is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our beautifully designed 72-place service, filled with wonderful families, children, and dedicated educators.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 4 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas and unique atelier.Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader.Short walk from Riverton forum.Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.Well-established, long standing dedicated team.Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday.BENEFITS:Full time role available - 4 day applicants would also be considered, Flexible work arrangements – do your 38 hours in 4 days with a weekly RDO.Competitive above award salary on offer.Flexible shift arrangements can be considered.Childcare discount for your own children.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - Telus Health."Rise Up" - Executive Service Manager leadership programme.Continuous learning and professional development through online platform.Access to ECA Learning Modules – gift of learning.Discounted Bupa Membership.On site parking available for staff.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).Have a minimum of 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children.Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights.A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.A note from the Nido family:"After working for a big provider for 8 years prior to joining the Nest I was apprehensive to leave the known and step into the unknown.
