This includes managing the CEO's Office and providing high-level executive support and advice to the CEO. You will need to provide timely and well-informed advice to the CEO on a full range of diverse and complex issues, projects, and reforms that span across the EPA's role and functions, in consultation with relevant areas as required.
About You You will be a purpose-driven, outcomes-focused and collaborative passionate advocate for the environment, communities and the NSW EPA. You will have experience operating in a high-volume work environment with competing demands, tight deadlines, and divergent stakeholder perspectives. You will have demonstrated experience successfully working in an environment where confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are paramount.
About the Team The CEO's office is responsible for directly supporting the CEO in carrying out those functions. The team provides the Secretariat for the EPA Board, the Executive, the Senior Leadership team and the People Leaders group. The team also coordinates and manages requests for information received from the Minister's Office, DCCEEW and other government agencies ensuring informed and well-constructed responses that comply with government protocols.
