The EO provides high level secretariat support for the AFRM Council and its committees.
Working with the Manager of Faculties, the EO will support the day to day operations of the Faculty whilst meeting the priorities of the Council and their alignment to RACP strategic priorities as set by the RACP Board.The EO supports the agenda of the Faculty and aims to increase engagement with AFRM members across Australia and New Zealand.
The EO also works with college Events, Media and Communications, Education, Policy and Advocacy, Foundation, Governance and Member Services staff to ensure AFRM priorities are executed in alignment with College policy, including communications, publications and events of importance to Faculty members.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in the role...Demonstrated experience and knowledge in business administration and secretariat managementExcellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and influencing skillsDemonstrated stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes, while also collaborating as part of a teamAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing prioritiesCapacity to work within a complex structure with often competing agendas
