Location:Provide an information and reception service to Home care Package clients, ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries, to staff and clients presenting to the service.
The Role: Provide an information and reception service to Home care Package clients, ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries.Provide efficient and effective administrative support service, including processing claims under the Home care Package Program, document preparation, processing invoices through Finance One, requisitions for goods and services for Home Care Package clients, routine processing of financial transactions, coordination with Home Care Coordinator, bookings, and management of incoming and outgoing mail.Maintain Home Care Package client records, ensuring correct admission, discharge, and transfer procedures are carried out, compiling appropriate data electronically and providing manual back-up.The Team: Rosebery Community Health Centre plays a crucial role in providing essential healthcare services to the local community and surrounding areas. Details of appointment: Permanent, part-time, day worker position, working up to 40 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary:$66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Includes an 11.5% superannuation contribution.
Salary range in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of $3,699 per annum and an additional salary allowance of 10%.Benefits available to eligible candidates: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.Fitness Passport – Access to 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for just $13.95 per week per person, or $25.95 for a family.Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
