We are seeking a pool of applicants to lead and be a part of a dynamic team environment, providing high-level support within a Ministerial Office.
Suitable applicants from this process will be placed in a pool from which temporary and/or permanent appointments may be made. The pool will operate for a period of 24 months from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative and financial functions within the Minister's office, including the supervision of the administrative staff.
You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, provide advice and support to the Minister and Chief of Staff on government processes, including the preparation of correspondence, submissions, briefing notes and coordinate and prepare the office's accounts and financial requirements.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
A current and detailed resume/Curriculum Vitae; and
A written application of no more than three (3) pages demonstrating your experience and how you are able to perform the role in the context of ALL the role-specific requirements and capabilities (see attached JDF).
Suitable applicants will be required to participate in our Fit2Work process on commencement to provide:
Proof of identity 100-point check.
A satisfactory National Police Certificate issued by the Western Australia Police Force.
