Located at the Faculty of Engineering on the Darlington CampusOpportunity to provide specialised advice which will be integral to the formulation of strategy, policy, and planning.Base Salary $121,508 - $137,032 p.a (HEO8) + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe Faculty of Engineering is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to provide high level strategic advice and operational support to the Dean, Faculty General Manager and the Faculty Executive on the general management and delivery of strategic initiatives and services to achieve the Faculty mission and objectives.
The incumbent will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly synthesise complex information.
This role is integral to ensuring the Faculty is compliant, and initiatives align with University policies, practices and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be to:support key stakeholders such as Dean, Deputy Dean, Faculty General Manager and Faculty Executiveanalyse and synthesise complex ideas to provide coherent summaries to the Executivedevelop governance including reporting measures for monitoring risksprovide overall project management of key strategic initiativesfacilitate change process managementensure general management of operational and administration processes aligns with University policiesensure excellent communication is maintained across all University stakeholders.About youThe University values courage and creativity; openness and engagement; inclusion and diversity; and respect and integrity.
