A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of expertise in a similar role, ideally in a complex organisation.
Aptitude for 'managing up', with an ability to apply tact and sensitivity whilst remaining outcomes focused, eliciting buy-in from senior executives.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak with confidence on behalf of and representing senior executives.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage through influence rather than authority.
Broad experience in advisory roles within government, business, or peak body organisations.
Experience in supporting Boards and executives, such as a Company Secretary role.
