Click here.The key duties of the position include:The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is looking for an Executive Officer to support Austrade's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Policy and Programs (DCEO/P&P). This role will support the Deputy CEO's office and act as a conduit between the DCEO/P&P, the Executive team, and Austrade's global network.Duties include:Act as a strategic and trusted advisor, providing high quality advice to the DCEO.Work closely with DCEO/P&P's Executive Assistant (EA) to manage DCEO business, including triaging requests and proactively supporting the DCEO's forward work program.Work in partnership with the P&P leadership team and Austrade senior executive to support collaborative outcomes aligned with the Government's strategic priorities.Manage DCEO/P&P's strategic communications, in partnership with the internal and external communications teams.Support DCEO/P&P to anticipate and plan for changes in Austrade's operating environment.Assist with the coordination of P&P financial and budget management.The Executive Officer will demonstrate the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, excellent judgement, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and the capacity to build and maintain high quality relationships across the organisation.
