This role conducts research, is responsible for email and diary management and prepares briefing papers, and is responsible for delivering a range of high-level customer-focused administrative support services to the Government Architect.This role is a long-term contract offered full-time with flexible work opportunities.Help us shape South Australia's future through innovation, collaboration and high-quality design.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a talented and visionary candidate who demonstrates an innovative approach to tasks and experience across the following key capabilities:Knowledge and experience of the design professionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in prioritising and undertaking timely projects, research and analysis including collating dataExperience in providing a range of efficient administration and executive support services, including telephone screening, diary and email management, preparing meeting agendas and papers and travel coordinationExperience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing executive support processes and systems and positively contributing to improvement practicesExperience with the government sectorSpecial ConditionsSuccessful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment.
