Working with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on day to day matters to facilitate effective utilisation of the COO's time.Providing secretariat support to the various forums and committees which the COO directs.Providing high quality and timely administrative support in relation to the processing of relevant correspondence.Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of a range of efficient and professional administrative and organisational support to meet strategic and operational business needs.About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high level documents on behalf of Executive.Experience in effectively working with senior staff and Executives.Sound knowledge of the functions and responsibilities of a Chief Operating Officer.Proven ability to pro-actively identify problems and issues and exercise initiative and sound judgement in formulating and implementing solutions and actions.Proven ability to work as part of a team.What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.Access to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program that gives you and your family access to a wide choice of gyms and pools across South Australia.
