As part of the Technology Performance Team, you will be responsible for laying the foundation and driving advanced analytics and modelling initiatives across workforce planning.
Do work that matters: In this key role, you will ensure the organisation's workforce strategy is data-driven, future-ready, and adaptable to changing business needs. You will focus on developing and refining workforce models, tools, and forecasts that provide clear insights and scenario planning for leadership.
Your core responsibilities will include: Develop & Implement: innovative performance frameworks to drive measurable improvements across the business.Advanced Analytics & Data Modelling: Lead the design and development of sophisticated workforce models that enable accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and resource allocation. Build tools and dashboards to analyse headcount, capacity, skill gaps, and future workforce demands, incorporating both historical data and predictive analytics.Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Create robust forecasting models that consider various business scenarios, helping to predict workforce requirements based on different strategic paths.Collaborate with leadership: and across teams to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.Proactive Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain proactive workforce reporting mechanisms, providing leadership with timely insights into workforce health, risks, and opportunities.Tool Development & Technology Integration: Identify, implement, and optimize tools and platforms that support workforce planning, forecasting, and analytics efforts.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve workforce planning and analytics processes, ensuring they remain agile and effective in a changing business environment.We are interested in hearing from people who have: Proven experience in performance management, strategic planning, analysis, workforce planning, data analytics, or business modelling.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder skills with the ability to drive outcomes across teams.Experience in creating and managing complex performance frameworks.Experience with emerging technologies and their application to performance innovation.Strong skills in data modelling, statistical analysis, forecasting models, and conducting scenario planning exercises.Expert in advanced analytics tools such as R, advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.Proficiency in data visualization tools, databases, and workforce planning software. Experience with programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and drive innovation in workforce planning.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.If this sounds like you, then apply today!
