Executive Manager of Business, Growth and InnovationThe OpportunityReporting directly to the Principal, the newly created role of Executive Manager of Business, Growth, and Innovation is responsible for all outward-facing aspects of the College's business, and will establish and maintain external relationships, identify and pursue opportunities for growth, and seek diversification of College income streams.
They will work closely with the Executive Manager of Finance and Operations to ensure initiatives are properly resourced and managed, and financial reporting is accurate.
In collaboration with the Executive Dean, they will ensure all initiatives support and enhance the student experience.
The Executive Manager of Business, Growth and Innovation will drive and develop a culture of social entrepreneurism, philanthropy and commercial innovation in line with, and supportive of, the College mission.

The ideal candidate: Respects and upholds in word and practice the teaching and traditions of the Catholic Church and the values of the College;Demonstrates a breadth and depth of experience in business development with a creative flair for thinking outside the box;Has a proven record of managing change and service quality, risk and compliance, along with thinking strategically to achieve organisational objectives;Has high-level communication, interpersonal and people management skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and consult with compassion and understanding;Holds tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, marketing, business or equivalent with extensive knowledge and experience of business development and financial activities.Candidates must also hold or be eligible to hold a current Working with Children Check and pass a National Police Check.
