This profitable, highly regarded land developer is seeking an experienced, senior development professional to manage day-to-day operations and drive profitability and agreed outcomes.
The role involves coaching, mentoring and leading a committed team of development, acquisitions, sales and marketing professionals, overseeing the on-time on-budget delivery of multiple projects, optimising processes, systems and procedures and executing strategy in conjunction with the owner.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, or ability to step into such a role, and a proven track record of driving team-based outcomes in the land/house and land space. Substantive depth of knowledge of the Qld Development market is key, as is strong EQ, sound technical knowledge and the energy, drive and commitment to maximise the portfolio and profitability.
