Create an impact as an Executive Manager, Group Risk Services. Your Role We're looking for an Executive Manager to lead, drive and expand on the Group Risk offerings for the IAG Group, including Risk and Insurance learning faculties, as well as Risk Data Analytics and Reporting capabilities.
In this pivotal role you'll lead the team in developing and maintaining core risk and compliance, as well as insurance training and capability requirements for the Group. You will provide strategic direction in relation to risk and insurance education and awareness across the enterprise and ultimately ensure that risk and compliance awareness and education aligns with the Group's learning and development frameworks and processes.
You will lead the design and implementation of the strategy for Group Risk Data Analytics and Reporting. Leading a team of highly engaged Risk insights and reporting managers to ensure that strong governance exists around the rhythm and requisite ways of working.
This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Naarm (Melbourne).
