YOUR ROLE As the Executive Manager, CTP Claims, you will lead the CTP Claims business, driving strategic transformation through the implementation of generative AI and automation practices to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, aligning products with scheme requirements, managing the portfolio, and shaping the claims proposition, all with the goal of simplifying operations. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes by leveraging advanced technologies, such as generative AI, Large Language Models, and predictive modelling, to optimize the review of unstructured data and improve decision-making in claims management, health, and recovery processes. A critical aspect of this role will be fostering and maintaining strong, reputable relationships with regulators, ensuring IAG (and its associated brands) maintains a constructive voice in shaping the future of the CTP Scheme.
Furthermore, you will lead the development of business capabilities and oversee the effective execution of the CTP claims customer recovery journey, ensuring alignment with customer value and brand propositions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a permanent opportunity, and the role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. ABOUT YOU • Extensive experience in operations management, with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and reduce cost bases. • Expertise in leveraging and implementing generative AI technologies, such as LLMs and predictive decision-making tools, to enhance efficiency and customer claims outcomes. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of managing complexity, ambiguity, and change in dynamic environments. • Proven ability to define, plan, and translate strategic initiatives into actionable, tactical plans for successful delivery. • Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals. • Experience leading large, complex corporate operations, including managing personal injury and/or long-tail claims portfolios, and implementing performance metrics for a cost-efficient operating model.
