Job DescriptionYour role as an Executive Manager
As the Executive Manager - Community Services, you will provide visionary and dynamic leadership to your team and ensure that our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
You will lead a dedicated team focused on domestic violence prevention, youth justice, mental health support, and family law services, driving innovation and continuous improvement across all programs.
You will have a deep resonance with the work that Centacare does in the community, with our communities and the clients we are privileged to assist.
Key accountabilities include: Leading the development and execution of programs that support families, youth, and individuals in the community.Building partnerships with key stakeholders and advocating for the needs of the community at a local and national level.Overseeing governance, compliance, and risk management to ensure the delivery of services meets all legal and ethical standards.Inspiring and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Collaborating with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to execute the organisation's strategic vision.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of families and individuals in need.

Tertiary qualifications in the areas of business, leadership or a specialist area relevant to the role.More than five (5) years of experience in an executive leadership role overseeing government-funded programs across a large geographical footprint, ensuring consistent service delivery and quality across similar programs to those delivered by the team.Demonstrated experience in establishing and servicing links between multifaceted services such as mental health, general health, human services, family law services, youth and justice services.Demonstrated ability to advocate for the unique needs of regional, rural and remote locations at a local and national level to ensure ongoing funding cycles and new funding programs based on need.Strong strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term plans that align with organisational objectives.Want to know more about how to apply?
