YOUR ROLE Join IAG's Group Risk Technology & Operations team as the Executive Manager, BCM and Critical Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll provide Group-wide leadership to optimise operational resilience through Business Continuity Management (BCM) and management of critical operations across IAG, including leading group-wide oversight and assurance.
As the Executive Manager, you'll provide thought leadership, advice and support to senior management, 1st and 2nd Line teams to optimise operational resilience and to ensure the effective management of BCM and critical operations in line with CPS 230 requirements.
This role will see you leading the strategy for Business Continuity Management (BCM) with an integrated view across IAG end-to-end, including alignment with related frameworks for Technology Resilience/Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management, Third Party/Service Provider Management, critical functions in line with the requirements of CPS 900.
You will lead a team of highly skilled risk professionals to continuously enhance the proactive management of BCM and critical operations by the business and promoting a sound risk culture.
This is a permanent role based in either Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane). ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex environments and transformation programsExtensive senior level experience including the ability to build and foster internal and external networksSignificant experience with Board/Executive level corporate governanceExperience with business co-design, human-centred design, and agile methodologiesPrevious experience within the Insurance or Financial Services sectorAbility to engage broadly and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, operating with a collaborative and outcome focused mindsetApplications close – Friday 8 November at 23:59 AEDT.
