Our strategy is centred on the principle of Integral Human Development, ensuring that every aspect of a student's growth—physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social—is nurtured.Role PurposeAs part of CSPD's Executive Leadership Team, this role will lead a newly established Student Support leadership team to transform our support services across counselling, specialised support and case management using the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) model and in alignment with CSPD's new organisational strategy.As the EGM - Student Support, you will play a crucial role in driving student wellbeing and enhancing the overall educational experience across CSPD schools. This executive position requires strategic leadership and collaboration to ensure that our support services cater effectively to the diverse needs of our students.The ideal candidate for this role will:Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture for a multi-disciplinary Student Support workforce.Ensure that CSPD's strong Catholic identity and principles of Catholic social teaching are integrated into Student Support services.Build and embed frameworks, service support structures, learning environments and resources that equip our teachers to provide effective evidence-based behaviour and wellbeing support as part of their teaching practice to address the diverse needs of our students.Establish success standards that evaluate holistic system, school and student performance using available quantitative data and other qualitative measures.Build partnerships with peer organisations and providers that enhance our capacity to improve student outcomes.Collaborate with other Executive leaders to build services that are integrated and collaborative by design and efficient and accessible to schools.Promote sustainable growth through strategic financial decisions, governance, compliance and optimised resource allocation to ensure CSPD's long-term financial viability.Ensure CSPD leaders leverage the expertise of school and support teams through centres of excellence, consultation, and partnership to align work with organisational strategy.ExperienceExtensive experience in senior or executive leadership in education or a related field.Significant understanding of MTSS and other support models in the context of wellbeing support services.Strong understanding of Catholic education principles and a commitment to our vision of being Catholic by nature, not by name only.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience leading people-focused change in a complex environment, with a track record of improving outcomes.Why Join Us?At CSPD, you will be part of a transformative Executive Team committed to attracting, growing, and retaining staff who can deliver the highest quality student outcomes.
