Pilbara Ports is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Executive Leadership Team.
As the Executive General Manager for Safety, People, and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ports, which include Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, and Varanus Island, along with five future port sites.Why Pilbara Ports?Global Impact: Our ports handle approximately 78% of Australia's and over 43% of the world's iron ore trade.

Your responsibilities will include:Enhancing safety frameworks and systems at Pilbara Ports.Delivering people and culture business partnering services that foster a capable, engaged, and diverse workforce.Ensuring we create a sustainable future for our customers and protect cultural heritage.Building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities to support their social and economic wellbeing.What We're Looking For:We seek a strategic leader with contemporary knowledge of issues in people and culture, safety, and environment functions.
