Executive General Manager People & Capability Regis Resources Ltd is an established ASX Listed, high margin gold producer and explorer with over a decade of consistent production, reserve growth and exploration success. Its two operating projects are Duketon and Tropicana which are located in North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the EGM People & Capability is responsible for developing and delivering an integrated people strategy for the business. Leading a team of HR professionals across site, corporate and projects, the role is responsible for advising the Executive on current HR practices and policies and building a leading employee experience and value proposition. With a focus on leadership development and talent management, the role will be integral in achieving the organisation's culture of people who are valued, effective and fully engaged.
Key responsibilities will include: Maintain the Regis Culture and Engagement model Provide innovative leadership development aligned with the Regis Leadership Pathways Develop fit for purpose talent management and succession planning Lead diversity and inclusion across the business Lead industrial relations matters Deliver strategic workforce planning Maintain the remuneration strategy and policy based on Broad Band Salary Scales Maintain a psychologically safe workplace including mental health and wellbeing Oversee training and mentoring programs To be successful you will be an inspiring HR Executive or Manager who has led a HR function in a mining organisation. You will have extensive practical experience and be able to demonstrate success in the implementation of contemporary practices across the full suite of the HR function.
