The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive General Manager – Employment is a key member of the Executive team.
This person will be responsible for taking Aruma's disability employment in a new direction by helping evolve their long-established supported employment and creating new pathways to open employment through nurturing new corporate partners who know the benefits of employing people with a disability.
In addition, the EGM Employment is responsible for:
Managing a national team to facilitate delivery and implement business plans in line with Aruma's strategic vision.Developing and leading a transformational growth strategy to enhance existing business and drive new corporate partnerships.Ensuring quality control through a standardised national model delivering operational excellence.Enhancing staff engagement to foster a high-performing team culture that delivers quality outcomes and an outstanding customer experience.Ensuring budgetary and financial compliance in line with funding arrangements. About You For this appointment Aruma are seeking a proven leader who brings commercial leadership and comparable functional experience gained in a similar environment.
You will have a track record of driving an engaged, collaborative, accountable and agile culture that supports the delivery of high-quality customer focused services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new avenues of growth while enhancing those pre-existing.
Candidates with the following skillsets and experience are encouraged to apply:
Tertiary degree or qualification in Health or Business-related discipline.Significant experience in senior leadership roles within Health and Human Services and/or Manufacturing, Wholesale or Retail.Successful track record of generating business through new avenues, particularly corporate partnerships.Proven commercial understanding and experience overseeing budgetary compliance and financial targets.Commitment to Aruma's core values and code of conduct.This is a unique opportunity to join a Community Services provider at a pivotal time of growth and transformation, working in an influential and critical leadership capacity.
