Our opportunityThe Executive Divisional Coordinator will provide high level administrative support to the Director, Gambling. Key accountabilities Provide administrative support to the Director including email and calendar management, meeting agenda and minutes, procurement tasks and follow up of outstanding issues on behalf of the Division;Prepare reports, briefing papers on activities within the Division;Provide support for commission inquiries which includes payment and filing in accordance with financial procedures and licence renewal processes.Who we are looking forTo be successful in this position you will have:Solid experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator;Ability to build strong relationships with all levels across the organisation.What we can offerWe value our employees and strive to build a work environment that allows our people to achieve their full potential.
