They are seeking an experienced Executive Director for a recognized non-profit organization. This Sydney-based role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about youth programs, cultural heritage, and community engagement within the Jewish-Australian context.As Executive Director, you will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to ensure the organization's mission thrives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Jewish and Israeli communities, with a focus on youth engagement, leadership development, and cultural programming. Your key responsibilities will be:Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission.Expand and sustain youth programs across Australia.Establish and strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders.Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety.Implement policies for a positive and inclusive participant experience.Collaborate with global headquarters for program alignment.Manage budgeting and financial sustainability.Lead fundraising initiatives and ensure transparent reporting.Lead and mentor chapter leaders and administrative teams.Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.Oversee design and delivery of all programs and events, emphasizing leadership, culture, and community values.Serve as a public representative of the organization.Foster a sense of belonging and advocate for the community's needs.Skills and qualifications required:Senior leadership experience in non-profits or community organizations.Strong financial management skills and fundraising experience.Proven ability to engage and inspire a range of stakeholders.A deep understanding of Jewish and Israeli culture.Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a passion for youth and community development.The applications for this role will close on the 28th of November 2024.
