What's on OfferUnique opportunity to join an Aged Care provider at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.An attractive remuneration package and benefits will be offered to the successful applicant, including Not-for-Profit salary packaging.An influential and critical leadership capacity, key member of the executive leadership team.The OpportunityThe role will be responsible for the provision of quality Aged Care services across nine Residential Aged Care facilities.Reporting to the Diocesan Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Residential Aged Care will provide strategic leadership and:Develop succession plans to ensure strong future leadership of the Residential Aged Care portfolio.Ensure a staff focus on quality, client-centered approaches, and resident satisfaction.Lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.Maintain accreditation and funding levels to ensure the future viability of the service by compliance with relevant Government legislation and quality standards.Ensure that services meet all regulatory and legislative requirements and reporting requirements in an efficient and timely manner.About YouCurrently undergoing a crucial period of change, you will be focused on driving impact through positive influence in the local community to which you are deeply connected.For this appointment, Newcastle Anglican is seeking an established Aged Care or broader Health Executive leader with a track record of leading a portfolio of similar scale. Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:Tertiary qualifications in Health or a relevant discipline.Aged Care experience and a thorough and proven understanding of the Aged Care Quality standards is highly desirable.Understanding of contemporary Human Service environments and proven ability to lead change.A demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams in an environment of change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The OrganisationAnglican Care is the Aged Care arm of Newcastle Anglican and is a highly respected NFP organisation providing aged care services throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Mid Coast regions.
