Role Highlights Provides strategic direction for People and Processes, aligned with the college's Strategic PlanOversees and manages extensive human resource operationsSupports approximately 495 teaching and non-teaching staffProvides operational support to the Head of College in areas including: Recruitment, Professional development, Performance management, Employment compliance, Policy implementation, Industrial relationsSalary range: $160,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation.Contract duration: 2 to 5 years, with potential for renewal based on successful performance review.Located within 5km north west of the Brisbane CBDReference Number: SH#5627Role Requirements:Significant experience in leading the delivery of high-quality employee and workplace services and systems to a diverse range of staff and leaders, including but not limited to policy implementation/review, recruitment, and employee relationsDemonstrated experience in managing policy, industrial relations, employee disputes, grievances, claims, and tribunalsProven ability to support and develop staff through regular monitoring, professional learning, and the implementation of effective employee relations practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain healthy employee and workplace relations across the organisationApplication Process SchoolHouse works in partnership with schools across all sectors, providing expert recruitment services to assist them in securing high-quality teachers and school leaders.
