Operating from an office in Killaloe, one hour east of Algonquin Park, BBAHS is a charitable non-profit agency that works closely with community and partner agencies to develop, deliver, and advocate for programs that help meet the needs of our rural clients.

The board of directors is searching for a dynamic Executive Director to be responsible for the leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the board.
This is a full-time, onsite (not remote) position.
We seek a compassionate, collaborative, and values-based leader whose inspiring, forward thinking, and motivational style will deliver on the ongoing and evolving mission, strategic vision, financial objectives, and program goals of BBAHS.
These results will be met by engaging and leading our staff in a style that inspires excellence, innovation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and collaborative relationships with community partners.
The board of directors functions as a mirror board directing BBAHS and Madawaska Valley Hospice Palliative Care.
This relationship has produced innovative and positive results that is a key continuing partnership.
