As a key member of the Board of Directors, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's operations and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate leadership and management, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and business operations.
A tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce, science, or engineering is essential.
Experience in the education sector, particularly in secondary schools, tuition institutions, or universities, is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the tutor and admin teams, as well as key full-time staff members.Organize classes, timetables, and rosters to ensure efficient operations.Manage internal and external accountants to complete company monthly accounts.Engage and manage contractors, including printing, marketing, accounts, and payroll services.Implement and roll out new systems to support business growth.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to contribute to driving the business's growth strategy through the identification and communication of opportunities and the effective execution of strategic objectives.
