We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Exec Chef to join our Catering teams at our Villages located in the Pilbara Region.
This role is responsible for assisting or managing all kitchen operations including the production and presentation of all meal services, ensuring HSQE and ISO Quality Assurance Certifications are maintained, employee development and management, menu development, rostering, auditing, budgeting, and reporting.
Full-Time, Permanent positions available consisting of on-going rotating rosters (5-2 or 14-7 options – may vary per village).

A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification (or equivalent) and be able to provide a copy of your certification and competencies obtained in qualification.Demonstrated relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial hospitality industryExperience in high volume, fast paced kitchensCompetence in batch cooking across all service offeringsExperience maintaining ISO Quality Assurance CertificationAdvanced budgetary analytical skillsCapability to work well under pressureDemonstrated experience working successfully in a teamWillingness to assist in staff trainingFlexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your roleThe ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screeningA National Police Clearance or be willing to obtainDocumentation to prove working rights within AustraliaExceptional communication skillsRemote work experience (highly regarded)Current Driver's Licence (highly regarded)About UsCiveo is a global workforce accommodation specialist that helps people maintain healthy and productive lives while living and working away from home.
