This role is hands on, and you will be expected to energise and develop the team by leading from the front. As well as being an experienced Executive Chef with customer service as a priority, you will also need to have a head for financials and an ability to lead and develop a team. Experience in high volume food and beverage establishments, functions and events is preferred. This venue is multi-faceted and requires a leader who can think on their feet and handle many tasks simultaneously.
