Executive Branch Manager People, Capability and CultureFull-time ExecutiveDetails: Reporting to the Executive Group Manger, Corporate Services, the Executive Branch Manager (EBM), will lead a team providing human resource strategy, policy, operations, and advice.The Executive Branch Manager (EBM), People, Capability and Culture works collaboratively, and maintains productive relationships, with the Director-General, Executives across CSD and the ACTPS, as well as other key government and non-government stakeholders. The EBM will be required to provide complex and confidential advice to senior executives on a range of people and policy related matters.Branch deliverables encompass organisational human resource strategy, policy, enabling services and management advice across work, health, and safety, including wellbeing and injury management, employee relations, diversity, and inclusion, learning and development, workforce management and workforce reporting and analytics.Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $274,784 - $285,773 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $244,201.Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
