Role OverviewAs the Executive Assistant, you will be reporting to the CEO/ Company Secretary, the Board and Directors where you will be responsible for providing executive administrative support. Your day will involve organising meetings, working on a variety of documents, producing board papers, participating in necessary meetings, planning workshops and arranging travel and events.
ResponsibilitiesProvide high level, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CFO, including the management and drafting of reports and presentations.Coordinating and providing a range of business support services for the CFO and Executive team.Organising meetings, coordinating calendars and complex diary management.Maintaining sound working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and providing support as required.Support the CFO as company secretary with governance, compliance and audit functions for the company.HR, Office and Building general administration.Proactively driving continuous improvement in office systems, policies and procedures.Using the full scope of the Microsoft packages including SharePoint.Candidate ProfileAs the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will be the right hand to the CFO, showing great levels of reliability, integrity, patience, and confidentiality. Your customer service focus, efficient communication style and confidence will make this role your own. You are highly organised and take great pride in your work, with accurate attention to detail.
You will be required to make decisions and represent the CFO of this business when they are unavailable. Your high level of professionalism and business acumen will see you excel in this vital role. You are an independent and autonomous worker, who can complete tasks on their own and can think for themselves and the CFO.
You are proficient in office and business administration or have personal assistant qualifications, with at least 3-5 years of stable experience. You are competent in word processing, spreadsheets, database, Microsoft Office Suite and can be technically savvy to learn in-house multiple systems.
