Established in 1921 by the Sisters of Mercy as a day and boarding school, the College enjoys a proud history and a rich tradition.About the RoleThe Executive Assistant to the Principal and Office Manager provides executive and professional level support to the Principal and other members of the College Leadership Team. The role holder is required to demonstrate a high level of initiative with an in-depth knowledge and competency of a variety of routines, methods, procedures and processes associated with the position. Sound judgement, discretion and a high level of confidentiality are required of the role holder. The role ensures the smooth operation of key administration processes, including staff coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements. Competencies include those outside normal routines, methods and procedures. Discretion and judgement are involved in selection of work organisation, services, actions and achieving outcomes within time constraints. This position will have responsibilities for guidance of the work of others. Peer assistance may be provided to others.
