Your contribution will be vital to the day-to-day operations of the College, ensuring smooth and effective leadership.As the Executive Assistant to the Principal, you will provide executive-level administrative support, draft key communications, coordinate events, manage complex priorities, and ensure the efficient functioning of the Principal's Office.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and make a meaningful impact on the College's success.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level, confidential executive and administrative support to the Principal, aligning daily tasks with the strategic direction of the College.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with the Senior Leadership Team, Board members, staff, students, and the broader College community.Proactively manage competing priorities, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.Draft, review, and edit various communications on behalf of the Principal, ensuring consistency with the College's values and tone.Manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Support the Principal's initiatives and strategic goals through research, reporting, and the preparation of presentations, correspondence, and other documents.Foster productive working relationships with staff, parents, students, and other key community members, representing the Principal's office with professionalism.About You:The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant with a passion for education.
You are highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive in a collaborative, professional setting and have experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within an educational context.
You are discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost care.Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be key in maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Principal, senior leadership team, staff, parents, and external partners.
