Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Directors

Location: Onsite at our office in Forster, NSW
About the Role:
We are a rapidly expanding company in the education and care sector, seeking two high-performing Executive Assistants to support our Directors.
This unique opportunity is designed for professionals who excel at being organized, efficient, and proactive, with the ability to manage high-stakes responsibilities requiring precision and discretion.

The Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will work closely with our two Directors, playing a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for your assigned Director, handling communications, filtering requests, and managing access to their time.
Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize critical tasks, often shifting focus to address high-urgency needs with significant implications if not executed flawlessly.
Scheduling & Accountability: Take ownership of the Director's calendar, organize meetings, set reminders, and ensure they stay on track with commitments and deadlines.
Action-Oriented: Confidently manage phone calls and interactions, understanding when to stall and when to drive actions forward efficiently.
Administrative Excellence: Handle all administrative duties, including document preparation, correspondence, and meeting coordination, with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
A background in a similar executive support role is highly desirable.
