We are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief Operating Officer, predominantly based in our Perth Corporate Office.
In the role, you will provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other key executive management, by planning and orchestrating work efficiently to ensure that COO priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
About the role:Proactive management of the COO's calendar and emailsManage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetingsManage information flow and communications to COO, including internal and external requests and correspondencesCollate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection of data from key stakeholdersTaking notes at meetings and producing accurate minutesManage deadlines within the Operations Leadership teamOrganising workshops, meetings and events when requiredArranging travel itinerariesBe willing and able to travel to site as requiredWhat you can expect from us:A caring and supportive cultureProfessional and positive team environmentA 'grow our own' approach with a preference to develop and promote internallyAccess to professional development activities and educational assistanceCompetitive salary, and options for salary sacrificingWe're excited to hear from you if you have:Demonstrated experience in a similar role with typically at least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant within the resources industryAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsExcellent attention to detailHighly organised, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – including written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesExperience in overseeing budgets and expensesDoes this sound like you?
