SA Health is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual for a part-time, short-term contract position as an Executive Assistant to the Clinical Director and Senior Manager Community Services. This exciting opportunity is based in the Rural & Remote Mental Health unit within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, located in the Adelaide Metro Eastern region.
In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Director and Senior Manager, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the unit. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be invaluable in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
As the successful candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
