In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to resource for complex administrative tasks and strategic projects, expertly managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and overseeing confidential communications with key internal and external stakeholders. Your skills will streamline operations and keep the leadership team focused on their strategic goals, making you an integral part of the company's ongoing growth and success!Key ResponsibilitiesCEO & Executive Support – Manage the CEO's calendar and daily priorities, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.Meeting Coordination – Organise and prepare agendas, facilitate conference calls, take minutes, and handle follow-up actions for meetings.Stakeholder Liaison – Serve as the first point of contact for high-level interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Document Preparation – Draft, proofread, and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.Office & Facility Management – Oversee general office management, from maintaining office supplies to ensuring a well-kept workplace.Events Planning – Assist with organising company events, functions, and team gatherings to foster a collaborative company culture.Travel & Expense Management – Arrange travel itineraries for the CEO and Senior Management and manage expense claims efficiently.About YouYou are a seasoned Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, experienced in supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
