Job Role & Responsibilities You will provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales Rep in our Port Hedland office. The purpose of the role is to increase the Sales Rep's overall capacity.
Key responsibilities: Complete paperwork and sales agreements for all property sales and follow up with the Sales Rep and clients as needed. Prepare appraisal packs, organise and book in appraisals. Prepare home open packs, organise and book in home opens. Compile weekly and monthly statistics and reports used by management. Maintain task reminders, including following up clients on appraisals and listings. Maintain the database by entering property and client details. Liaise with settlement agents, conveyancers, banks and contractors as required. Complete marketing plans including creating brochures, newspaper ads and uploading listings online. Create, edit, post and monitor social media accounts for the Sales Rep. You will be supported by the Sales Rep, Sales Team Leader, a shared Sales Admin, and importantly by our Office Supervisor.
Skills & Experience High level of attention to detail. Exceptional customer service, liaising with clients on behalf of the Sales Rep. Relationship building skills when liaising with contractors and settlement agents. Experience working with computers and creating documents. Current WA Driver's License. High-performing with ambition to succeed. Excellent communication skills and an exceptional work ethic. High organisational skills and able to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team environment. Open and transparent to professional development. Preferred but not required: experience in the real estate industry and experience working with the Google Suite. Remuneration structure: salary plus sales commission.
