Monday to Friday, this is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Director with over a decade of experience.
As the 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills to ensure all transactions are seamless.
Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Calendar management Coordinating photoshoots, styling, signage, and related tasks.
Client Services Assist with video shoots and social media Preparing Auction packs & open home packs Supporting campaign management Facilitating communication between vendors and buyers.
The Requirements:
Previous industry experience is essential to be considered as well as a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
