Your days will be busy managing a diverse range of duties in this fast-paced, complex environment, but most importantly, be a critical partner in the success of both the Executive General Managers you are supporting. This role will be accountable for driving the coordination and management of all administrative functions.Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Manage complex calendars and schedules for two EGMs, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as needed.Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned by the EGMs.Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the EGMs.Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.Anticipate the needs of the EGMs and proactively address administrative requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.About you:Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.Our ProcessOur recruitment process involves a number of checks including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.We are dedicated to improving employment outcomes and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
