Key Responsibilities: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our operations and supporting the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing highly confidential information and communication.Booking travel and reservations.Liaising with the sales and project management teams.Preparing presentations and collaborating with the CEO and the General Manager to identify business process improvements.Supporting the onboarding of new franchises into our network.Your Role:
You will take charge of non-revenue generating tasks, allowing the CEO and their associate to focus on listing and selling.

Daily Duties: Monitor, filter, and reply to all emails, providing updates to the CEO (morning, midday, COB).Conduct daily 5-10 minute huddles with the CEO and their associate.Manage tasks arising from these meetings.Assist the associate in achieving target call numbers for new client meetings.Oversee the CEO's personal and company social media calendar, focusing on Leadership, Motivation, and Recruitment.Coordinate EDMs, IMs, and submissions via InDesign with our offshore team.Ensure the CEO contacts interested leads daily through monitoring.Maintain and expand the use of our CRM (Vault) in collaboration with the General Manager.Keep the CEO's diary organized to ensure daily calling targets are met.Prepare information for upcoming meetings and provide reminders for next steps.Manage diary appointments and confirm within 24 hours.Assist with staff recruitment and maintain a "bench" of potential candidates.Liaise with our offshore team.Maintain conjunction listings in the CRM for the CEO and their associate.Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM systems and office software (InDesign preferred).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
