Our quest: We're The Y WA (formerly the YMCA WA) and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our talented and friendly corporate team based in Welshpool (Perth, WA).
The Y WA has been contributing to our local Australian communities since 1851.

From day one, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of the Office of the CEO while providing high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Board sub-committees.
As the principal contact for external stakeholders—including Ministerial and Parliamentary officials—you'll manage key relationships with professionalism and purpose.
Internally, you'll navigate the unique Y federated model, upholding governance standards and protocols to support our organisation's impact.
This role is more than just administration—it's about being part of something bigger.
You'll quickly see the difference you're making in the community, alongside a CEO who shares your passion for purpose-driven work.
