Executive Assistant - Technical & Production POSITION SUMMARY Joining Nestlé's Technical and Production Team in Rhodes, Sydney, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative, secretarial and coordination support to the Director and others within the business unit.
A day in the life… Reporting to the Director, Technical & Production, key responsibilities will include:
Providing effective administrative and secretarial support to multiple stakeholders. Preparation of and response to correspondence. Preparing presentations and business documents. Organisation of business travel. Champion the processing of SAP Travel & Expense (Concur). Act as single point of contact (SPOC) and provide general purchasing support to BU / Plant about purchasing related activities. Take proactive and timely action to resolve third party (S2P) and Intergroup (R2R) parked and blocked invoices and credit notes. Manages expedited invoice payment requests. What will make you successful… Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure and dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record in managing executives who have interaction with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills. Well-developed organisation and planning skills. Proven trusted point of contact, ensuring discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrated computer competency in office applications, calendar management, data base management, and communications technology. Experience with SAP P2P is desired. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
