ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently in search of an extremely organised, energetic, proactive, articulate, and driven individual to join Cotton On as the Executive Assistant to Brand Director, Bianca Ginns.
This important role will involve providing essential support to our Senior Executive, contributing significantly to the achievement of their objectives, and ensuring overall business efficiency.As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key liaison, connecting various facets of our organisation.
Your contributions will be instrumental in smooth operational efficiency within our incredible team of global change-makers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Exceptional administrative, organisational, and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives. Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks. Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management. Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence. Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries, aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives. Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
