Executive Assistant, Perth

In this position, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support for our Senior Managing Directors and/or Managing Directors of our Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.
You will perform all administrative functions and will need the ability to successfully balance assignments and various tasks from multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for routine and non-routine tasks and will need independent judgment to plan, prioritise and organise workload. You may also interact with clients and other leaders and will need to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as would be expected of a professional in this role.
What You'll Do Primarily, administrative support to 2-3 Senior Managing Directors and assisting other team members with administrative requestsGeneral administration, including travel bookings, coordinating meetings and calls and maintaining calendarsInitiate conflict clearance and approval processes for new mattersManage new client and vendor set-up, contact lists and liaison with third-party service providers as requiredCompose and edit correspondence, emails, reports and presentationsManage in-house, external and client eventsFinancial administration, including time and expense recording, credit card reconciliations, assisting with the collection of billing information, invoice creation and debt collectionCreate documents, reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and assist in research projectsAssist with ad hoc tasks (e.g. oversight of office stationery, general office support, office supplies and print materials, onboarding new team members)How You'll Grow This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to partner high-level Executives, build their own network, guide and encourage peers, and further develop their professional skills.
Qualifications & Experience 2 - 4 years' experience supporting senior managementProactive, efficient and approachableSome experience in event planning and managementHigh attention to detailExperience supporting multiple personnel, including senior executivesAbility to work to deadlinesExcellent communication verbal and written skillsAdvanced level of Microsoft Office proficiency requiredHigh level of computer literacyAre you ready to make your impact?
